Can I Purchase Multiple Items to Determine Which I Like the Best, and Return the Others?

To maintain the high quality of our pieces and keep our prices competitive, Minifora does not allow multiple pieces to be purchased for comparison. Comparison purchasing is purchasing multiple products with the intent of keeping one and returning the remainder. If you need any assistance deciding between any of our jewelry pieces, please do not hesitate to contact our jewelry specialists.

Can Minifora Help Me Design a Custom Piece of Jewelry?

What is your ring resize policy?

Rings Resize services are limited to certain designs only, and within the size limit of the design.

Can I buy from your web store if I’m from outside the US?We offer global shipping, however import duties and taxes will be upon the customer to handle.

Will I be charged Tax?

How is my order packaged?

Your jewelry will be packed within a luxurious jewelry box, surrounded by packaging material enclosed within a cardbox.

Can I track my order?

Yes. On the day of shipment, we'll email you shipping confirmation that includes order-tracking information. You'll be kept informed of the transportation process at every step. You may also access shipping information by viewing your Order Status page .

Can I expedite my order to receive it sooner than the date given?

Express shipping options are available at the checkout page.

Can you help me keep the Engagement Ring a Surprise?

Absolutely our packaging will come in a discrete cardboard box as normal.

Is your packaging discreet? What does the box look like?

Warranty

Do you offer a warranty on the jewelry I purchase from Minifora?

Yes. In staying true to our high standards of jewelry quality and customer satisfaction, we offer a Lifetime Warranty to protect against manufacturer defects in craftsmanship. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear or damages incurred due to trauma, negligence, lack of regular maintenance, loss, or theft.

How do I best care and maintain my new jewelry purchase?

Daily wear exposes the jewelry to all sorts of stuff. You can soak your gold pieces in warm water mixed with dish soap and gently brush it with a toothbrush to bring back its shine. Your jewelry would need regular check-ups as well - so don’t hesitate to bring it to reputable jewelers for repolishing and checking your gemstones. Returns

What is Minifora’s return policy?

Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they were shipped, free-of-charge and no questions asked. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition and include all product documentation.

What cannot be returned within 30 days?

Can I process the return online?

Can I return an item that was given to me as a gift?

Yes, we are happy to exchange it for merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase.

Will the buyer of my returned gift know that it was returned?

No, we will not alert the buyer that the gift was returned.

Do I pay the return shipping costs?

No. Our commitment to you includes free returns within the 30-day return period.

How should I package my return for shipping?

Set up the Return Merchandise Authorization online (or by calling Us), and we'll send you an email that walks you through correct packaging procedures.

How long will it take “brand name” to process my merchandise return?

On average, about 4-5 business days from the time we receive your item, enter it into our system, and pass it along to our Quality Assurance department (roughly 24 hours, Monday-Friday). For returned items, please allow an additional 2-3 days before the outbound package is shipped.

I am expecting my returned item to be replaced. How long does it take to reach me?

After receiving your items, our team will process the replacement right away

Will I be notified during the merchandise returns process?

Yes. Once your package arrives at “brand name”, it takes 1-2 business days before you receive an email alerting you that your return is being processed.

When should I expect to receive my return credit?

Upon the cleared inspection of the returned good, expect to receive it within 15 days.
